Klimax Digital provides agency-level ad account access, ads setup, WhatsApp API onboarding, Instagram ID transfers and related social growth infrastructure. Availability, features and pricing of each service may change without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their ad campaigns, creatives and landing pages comply with the advertising policies of the relevant platform (Google, Meta, Bing, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.). Klimax Digital is not liable for account restrictions caused by a client's own policy violations.
All ad spend top-ups and service fees must be paid in advance through one of our supported payment methods. Commission rates and any applicable fees will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
While our accounts are set up for high stability, no provider can guarantee zero restrictions on third-party ad platforms. In the event of a flagged or restricted account, our replacement guarantee applies as described in our Refund Policy.
Accounts and services provided by Klimax Digital may not be used to promote illegal products or services, or to run campaigns that violate applicable laws or ad-platform policies. Klimax Digital reserves the right to suspend service for any account found in breach of this clause.
Klimax Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from campaign performance, ad platform decisions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
